Wi Villa Lê aims to provide a safe, secure and welcoming stay for all our guests. To that end, we have put a few terms and conditions in place. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you to our home.
A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking being made to secure your accommodation. The balance is payable on arrival.
Any refund of deposits is at owner's discretion, however, should a booking be cancelled within 4 days of booked time of arrival, no refund will be made.
All rooms are designated NO SMOKING status. No smoking will be tolerated in rooms. Offenders will be fined R1000 with NO EXCEPTIONS.
Check in time is 14H00 on arrival and check out time is 10H00 on departure date.
The owners accept no liability for any loss incurred by fire, theft, or any natural causes.
Guests are reminded to be considerate to other guests and to keep noise levels as low as possible.
Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated at all.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their valuables are secured.
Lost keys and remotes will be charged for at R800 per set.
Please be careful not to open the electric gate too soon. The gate has sensors and closes automatically.
